Jennifer Walz is a holistic health care provider with extensive education and experience in several different modalities of healing. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY, and a Master of Traditional Oriental Medicine degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, NY

Jennifer has been working in the holistic health field since 1987, when she graduated from the International Professional School of Bodywork in San Diego with a 1,000 Hour certification in Massage Therapy and Holistic Health.

Wishing to further her studies, Jennifer became a Reiki practitioner and then a Reiki Master by 1993.

In 1996, Jennifer graduated from a three-year Master's program in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. The program included training in acupuncture and chinese herbology as well as western sciences.

Jennifer began to integrate her areas of training into a unique and effective combination of bodywork, energy work and acupuncture. She takes numerous courses every year in continuing education and her work is always growing and evolving.

After moving to Dallas in 1998, Jennifer developed an interest in the areas of Death and Dying, and along with Jinna Russell, LPC, developed Conscious Crossings ™, a group devoted to assisting the dying and their loved ones to adjust on a spiritual, emotional and energetic level to the dying process. The Conscious Crossings™ method can also be used with pets, as well as for people going through major transitions other than the dying process, such as divorce. In 2005, she received certification as a Bereavement Facilitator through the American Academy of Bereavement.

In addition to her work with Conscious Crossings, Jennifer is an Integrative Medicine Practitioner for a local Hospice and provides caring massage and Reiki for patients nearing the end of life both in their homes and in many facilities in the Dallas area. Acupuncture is also offered when needed and appropriate for additional pain control.
